Pathways
Weekend Retreats
|
| |
These are intensely personal and joyful experiences for 8 individuals who wish to know themselves better and free themselves from the old baggage and limiting messages internalized from childhood. These messages often become the unconscious scripts we play out. Liberation from locked up feelings plays a key part of the experience. We gather on Friday late afternoon and go until late Sunday afternoon. Free from the distractions of the outside world, each person has the opportunity to learn and heal, surrounded by the support and validation of the community. The process is non-judgemental and the group becomes close. David & Irene have facilitated personal growth retreats since 1989 and they have touched the lives of hundreds. Alumni are quite willing to speak with anyone considering coming for the first time. It may change your life! |

The purpose of this weekend is to move your life toward wholeness and well being. Unfortunately our culture encourages men to stay separate, deny feelings and always be in control. This weekend offers the opportunity of breaking free of old negative patterns and addictions. It is a process of owning our "shadow" and opening to the Light. You will be part of a safe community of 8 like-minded men seeking a deeper peace and joy in life. We will witness each others' stories and hold sacred space for authentic expression of feelings. We will use the tools of meditation, journaling, breathwork, dialoguing and expressive therapy. If you have ever felt "dis-spirited," this could be a life-changing weekend. Come and experience the Oneness that comes when "two or three are gathered" with loving intention.
“I felt some trepidation at first. But as I witnessed the honesty and sharing from the hearts of men, I opened up. David is very perceptive and knows how to use the power of the circle.” (Gary C., Waltham, MA)

It
is powerfully enlightening for women and men to validate each other's
truth and support each other's vulnerability. When we find how much
alike we are as human beings, the gender gap narrows. Rather than
alone, we are all one! The power in this weekend is that men
and women become participants in and witnesses to each other's healing
journey. The group will be limited to 6 men and 6 women (not necessarily
couples). |
